Delivery

The items' prices do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges need to be added for the total payment. Below are the delivery services used and the charges.

To Malaysia (Domestic)

Pos Laju only. No Pos Express
Delivery Time: 1-3 working days

Approximate Delivery Cost:
West Malaysia ~RM6 (one or two pieces)
~RM8 (three or four pieces)
East Malaysia ~RM9 (one or two pieces)
~RM11 (three or four pieces)

N.B. The above delivery costs are only estimation. There are possibility for slight changes depending with the destination and items' weight.

To Other Countries (International)
Options:
I) Normal International Registered (by Pos Malaysia)
Delivery time: 15 to 45 working days
II) Pos Laju (National Courier Service)
Delivery time: 5 to 15 working days
Delivery Cost: To be determined (depending on the destination and items' weight)
N.B. The delivery method for international parcels can be chosen between the less expensive service (Normal International Registered) or the service with higher delivery charges (PosLaju). Upon bookings, the delivery charges will be notified to customer in accordance with the service chosen, destination and item's weight.

P/S: We are sorry that we cannot give each and all our customers the tracking number after each delivery due to time limitation. However, payment received notification will be sent stating the delivery date. Kindly contact us back after 5 days (for local customers) and 15 days (for international customers) should the parcel has not arrived. We will try our best to sort the delivery problem should it arises.
